ACCHSH and UNIDOCS Inc. Sign a Strategic Agreement on DRM Market Solutions Co-operationWarsaw, April 10, 2008 Recently the Polish-based ACCHSH company, developer of the PuzzleFlow production system, and the Korean UNIDOCS Inc., a vendor of highly advanced DRM (Digital Rights Market) solutions have concluded the strategic agreement. It was officially signed in Seoul by Andrzej Czyz, CEO of ACCHSH, and Ghitai Cheong, CEO of UNIDOCS Inc. ACCHSH and UNIDOCS Inc. declared that on the basis of the agreement both companies became strategic technology partners in terms of co-operation on DRM and prepress solutions. Both organisations acknowledged the need for and common interest in developing joint business in order to provide better services for their customers and enlarge their offer. Both companies are going to establish bilateral communication and partnership in order to provide effective, innovative solutions in scope of their activities and successful global solutions. Details of the recent agreement will be defined in separate documents, related to specific areas of the co-operation. The first technology solutions, developed jointly by ACCHSH and UNIDOCS Inc., will be demonstrated at the forthcoming drupa 2008 trade fair on the common booth of both companies located at drupa innovations parc in Hall 7.
