ACCHSH Opens Training Center in Warsaw

In the second quarter of this year ACCHSH opened its Warsaw-based training and presentation center

, which enables company’s customers and partners to become more familiar with the applications based on the PuzzleFlow workflow system. After this opening ACCHSH organized several meetings that gathered groups of ten people. The next training sessions and workshops in this new center are scheduled for September.

The establishment of the training and presentation center, which is located in Warsaw in Karolkowa Str. ( The Sales and Marketing Department of ACCHSH is located there as well), was officially announced during the Poligrafia trade fair in March. Soon after that the first workshops devoted to ACCHSH’s current and possible customers were started. The training offers different levels of difficulties and are adapted either for beginners who have just started learning how PuzzleFlow works or for advanced professionals who are mainly interested in solving particular problems and knowing about non-standard options offered by PuzzleFlow.

The first training held in Warsaw was devoted to the PuzzleFlow Organizer program, another one concerned PDF format as a graphic arts standard and took place in Warsaw and Bydgoszcz. The May meeting, once again organized in Warsaw, was named “Automation in production: PuzzleFlow in practice”.

Until the date tens of people have participated in our trainings and workshops and, as we have noticed, the meetings are mostly effective when gathering approx. seven persons – says Rafal Fiks, manager of ACCHSH training and presentation center. – In that case, no matter if training is focused on theory or presentations, we can guarantee a good contact between the trainer and the participants as well as a nice atmosphere. Our current customers dominated the first meetings, but among the participants there were also potential users of PuzzleFlow and persons willing to learn more about the PDF format as a standard in the printing industry.

The type of training (lectures, presentations) is mostly determined by the topic, but each one must include workshops during which the participants discuss the practical use of their knowledge. The subjects of training and workshops include: normalization, preflight, proofing, certification, jobs optimizing, PDF versions, PDF/X, PJTF, JDF, page geometry, transparencies and overprint, color management, fonts and images. The training is conducted by the professional experts from ACCHSH and special guests invited to present particular subjects. The people participating in at least three training meetings receive a special certificate authorized by ACCHSH.

According to ACCHSH’s announcements, the next meetings, devoted to technology managers and covering such topics as trapping, personalization and CIP3, are scheduled for September.
