PrepressEven the pros make mistakes. PuzzleFlow Express can identify these mistakes quickly and mark them in a legible way. The latest version offers you a novelty, that is transferring incorrect elements to separate layers. It gives you an opportunity to locate the roots of problems immediately and efficiently. Converting preseparated documents into composite ones (or the other way round) often tends to be necessary in prepress. You can do it easily using Recombiner and Separator. Apart from the basic functions, these two applications can solve problems connected with using spot colours making a change of names and definitions, as well as conversion into CMYK possible. You can also add ICC profiles to your documents and convert their color spaces, even if these documents were created with the use of inappropriate profiles. In such cases, you can preserve the quality of the documents by applying device link profiles. The basic task dealt with in prepress is imposition. Our solutions comprise both step and repeat imposition (PuzzleFlow Organizer) and manual imposition (PuzzleFlow Place-It). It does not really matter whether you use a standard imagesetter or CtP. The press sheets can easily be completed with any marks you need. Now the arrangement of all pages on the sheet need to be checked. The Two Sided Preview module allows you to look at both sides of the press sheet and to check the arrangement of pages together with marks.
